Merchant Portal and Admin

Managed and maintained product data for the Plumb Parts Xpress merchant portal, uploading and organising stock, pricing, product descriptions, images and eCommerce information for new and existing merchants. Ensured product listings were accurate, consistent and optimised to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers while supporting merchant onboarding and platform growth.

App Design

Designed the user interface and user experience for the Plumb Parts Xpress iOS and Android app, creating intuitive layouts, user journeys and functionality to deliver a seamless customer experience. Planned the app's navigation and workflow, designed promotional banners and in-app marketing content, and collaborated on back-end functionality to ensure the platform was both visually engaging and highly functional.

Ecommerce Shop

Built and managed a complete Shopify eCommerce store, overseeing all aspects of the back-end including product and stock management, pricing, collections, shipping and delivery settings, payment gateways and order fulfilment. Maintained accurate product data, optimised the customer purchasing journey and implemented promotional campaigns to create a scalable, high-performing online store.
